DAY 11 - NEW LISKEARD TO OTTAWA

Max is a very important member of our group!

Found a nice 'Rest Area' to have lunch!
Longest drive ever....540 kilometers with some rainy conditions and lots of road constructions.   We found a lovely rest area for us all to have lunch as you can see by the picture and of course little Max was an integral part.

Now safely settled just outside of Ottawa and set up for 4 nights of sight-seeing and relaxation.   Camp Hither Hills was not a good site.   Very wet and the Laundry was horrid.  Scary street guys and an old cranky lady at the front.  Tomorrow we head down to the Parliament Buildings and the changing of the guard....ending with a river cruise down the canal.   It's nice to be set up - lovely dinner - and now to watch Fox News!!

  2. Hi Faith: thanks for commenting - it's always nice to know people are enjoying my blog. It's a new experience for me but Tania set it up for me and now I love it. We are having an awesome time - I love RV-ing a lot and look forward to the next few weeks. Keep in touch.
